Culture is the Sustainable Competitive Advantage

People do the work for a business.

If your business bends metal, writes software, serves meals or supplies people then people are the key to your business.  If their work results in patents, proprietary software, trading algorithms or secret formulas that is great, but people are the key making all work.

Great culture is about motivating people. You can drive people or you can inspire them to drive themselves.  Developing a culture that keeps people motivated and thus solving problems and keeping customers happy is a huge competitive advantage.  Productivity soars and creativity is unleashed in a workplace with great culture.

Great culture is the sustainable competitive advantage.  Figure out how to get yours!
